SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

1. Delivery Process:
• Once our system accepts and Confirms your order, our representative connects with you within 1-2 business working days.
• Your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
• After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are externally sanitized and safely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, you will be contacted to resolve the issue.

2. Shipping & Packaging Charges:
There are no shipping and delivery charges.

3. Packaging material:
We use sustainable and safe packaging. We do not use plastic or bubble wrap in our packaging boxes. However, select products originally come with plastic wraps to prevent leakage.

4. Delivery locations:
We deliver the products Pan-India. In case of any difficulty due to unavoidable reasons, our representative will connect with you.

6. Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Returns, refunds and cancellation are not acceptable under any circumstances.
